Sabudana Vada

Recipe:

  1. Rinse 1/2 cup sabudana until the water turns clear. Then soak it in 1/2 cup water overnight 

  2. the sabudana would have absorbed all the water. It should be soft, press with a finger to check, it should crush easily.

  3. Mix following in bowl 2 medium potatoes, mashed 1 cup mashed potatoes ,1/4 cup roasted peanut ,2 tablespoons chopped cilantra ,1 to 2 green chilies, finely chopped ,2 teaspoons lemon juice,1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste

  4. Flatten the mixture into small portions , . Add vadas to the oil one by one, don’t overcrowd the kadai. Maintain the oil temperature to medium heat, fry them till they become light red 

  5. Enjoy with coconut chutney.
